Who we are

This website is operated by Subansri Construction, Lakhimpur, Assam, India (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website, why, and the choices you have.

When you send an enquiry through our project form, we collect:

• your email address or phone number,
• the town or district of your project,
• the type of project, and
• any project details you choose to write.

If you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and whatever you send in that conversation.

How we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, arrange site visits and prepare estimates. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored and who processes it

• Enquiries from the form are stored in a Google Sheet in our Google account (Google LLC).
• The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
• WhatsApp conversations are handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms).

These providers may process data outside India under their own privacy terms.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights
