How we work
- Step 01
Site visit
We visit your plot, check the soil, access and drainage, and talk through what you need from the house.
- Step 02
Drawings & estimate
Architectural and structural drawings, with a room-by-room cost estimate.
- Step 03
Approvals & agreement
Municipal or panchayat approvals, then a written agreement covering the schedule, payment stages and materials.
- Step 04
Foundation & structure
Excavation, footings, columns and slabs. Steel and concrete are checked before use.
- Step 05
Finishing
Masonry, plaster, plumbing, wiring, waterproofing, flooring, doors, windows and paint, tracked on a weekly plan.
- Step 06
Handover
We walk through the house with you, fix any remaining issues, hand over the documents and stay available through the first monsoon.

Design & approvals

Drawings, estimate and permissions.
Structure
4–6 months
Foundation to roof slab for a typical two-storey house, allowing for the monsoon.
Finishing & handover
3–4 months
Services, finishes and the final walkthrough with you.
